  	<title><![CDATA[山药枣泥糕]]></title>

    <description><![CDATA[<div><P>天气不错，老人和孩子都睡着了，抽空来做点小点心，这种天气挺合适的：）</P>
<P>材料：山药、红枣、熟糯米粉、白糖</P>
<P>做法：1.将红枣用清水洗净</P>

<P>2.入锅煮15分钟，以便去掉枣皮。</P>

<P>3.起油锅，把处理好的枣泥再加入适量白糖翻炒一下待用。</P>
<P>4.山药切片上锅蒸十分钟左右，晾凉，然后加入熟糯米粉和匀（和一些粉下去比较好包，不然软软得难度太高）。</P>

  	<title><![CDATA[虎皮鸡爪]]></title>

    <description><![CDATA[<div><P>鸡爪这东西还是有很多做法的,以往总喜欢吃老公那带有浓郁家乡特色的做法,当然也不会忘记虎皮鸡爪的美味,今天就尝试着做了,不过不是非常成功<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face8.gif"></P>
<P>材料:鸡爪、干辣椒、八角、香叶</P>
<P>调料：糖、盐、料酒、酱油</P>
<P>做法：1、剪去鸡爪的指甲，洗净，焯水。取出后沥干水分。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、鸡爪沥干水分后如油锅炸至金黄色出锅。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、锅里倒如适量的油，加如糖，烧至糖变色，把炸好的鸡爪倒如锅内翻炒上色，之后依次加如料酒、酱油、干辣椒、八角、香叶，翻炒后加入水（盖过鸡爪为宜）。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4、盖上锅盖小火慢炖至汤汁收得差不多就可以了。</P>

    <description><![CDATA[<div><P>宝宝的成长似乎特别有趣，总会令你爆笑。</P>
<P>1.早晨，我正梦到已经过世的父亲，正想跟他说话的时候被我女儿给闹醒了，很是火大！一把拉过被子蒙在头上，然后大叫：你给我走开！</P>
<P>我妈得意在一旁笑话她：看吧，妈妈骂你了</P>
<P>小东西转过头，一本正经地指着我妈说：妈妈骂你！</P>
<P>2.老公新换了个手机，我比较喜新厌旧就跟他换着用了。</P>
<P>昨晚，我陪她睡觉，中途有电话进来，她楞是不让我接。一边抢一边说：东辉的！东辉的！</P>
<P>唉，费了我半天口舌解释：这是爸爸送给妈妈的。</P>
<P>所幸，还算成功，今天一早起来，老公问她手机是谁的</P>
<P>女儿非常肯定的回答：妈妈的！</P>
<P>狂笑……</P>

  	<title><![CDATA[什锦肉丸]]></title>

    <description><![CDATA[<div><P>自己很少做清蒸的菜，一则觉得味道清淡，二则不是我的习惯的风格。如今有了小家伙，倒是时不时地做点软糯又不会令营养流失太多的蒸制的菜肴。</P>
<P>材料：瘦肉、萝卜、香菇、榨菜、葱、芡粉、盐、料酒、鸡精</P>
<P>做法：1.瘦肉剁成肉未，待用。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.萝卜切成细丝用盐腌一会，这样可以除去多余的水份，口感也会脆一些。挤干水份后，将萝卜切成未待用。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.香菇，我用的是水发的，觉得比较香：）切成未，待用；榨菜同样方法。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.将各种未倒在一起，加入芡粉、盐、料酒、鸡精，然后充分搅拌</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.将肉未做成大小相当的丸子，放在容器里上锅蒸十分钟左右（视丸子的大小而定）。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6.蒸完后，可以自己再调个芡汁，浇在上面，再洒一些葱花。</P>

<P>前两天看到过有人做了米粉蒸鸡翅，我也来试试：）</P>
<P>材料：鸡翅、米粉、料酒、酱油、盐、糖，就这么简单哦！</P>
<P>步骤：1、把鸡翅洗净，在翅中和翅根上划开几刀，这样腌制时容易入味。</P>

<P>步骤：1.起锅，油要比平时多放些，火要大。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2.放入姜、蒜，在油里爆出香味后鸡肉下锅，翻炒至鸡肉变色，加入适量盐、鸡精。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.因为我用的是冰冻的鸡腿，所以里面有些水分，要多炒一会儿，等水份收得差不多了再加辣椒、倒入料酒、酱油，再炒1-2分钟。</P>

<P>但凡心情好的时候总会想到做点什么好吃的跟家人一起分享。</P>
<P>材料：冬瓜、肉、姜未、葱花</P>
<P>准备：肉做成肉未，加入姜未、芡粉、盐充分搅拌，然后做成小丸子；冬瓜想怎么切就怎么切，因为我家</P>
<P>宝宝，所以就切得童趣一些，呵呵。</P>
